If you get a 404 error message, it means that the document you're trying to open is not for you, you don't have access to it, or the author has already deleted it.
Instructions
Log in to your Signi account
- Try checking your email inbox for emails from the sender system@m.signi.com.
- If you find the registration email, try resetting your password at https://app.signi.com/access/forgotten-password
- After resetting your password, log in to app.signi.com/login and sign the document you see in the Waiting for my signature folder.
- If you still don't see the document after logging in, email us at help@signi.com.
