Delegating signatures

Sometimes it happens that the signatory goes on holiday, for example. For these cases we have signature delegation in Signi.

In the first version of this functionality, only the proposer can delegate the signature. You can delegate the signature to another signer by clicking on the "Change signer" link.

You can either select someone from your workspace as a new signer if the current signer is a member, or anyone if they are not.

In the current version, the signature delegation does not send an email to the new signer, you need to resend the notification or send the link to the user directly via the "Send" button.

In September, we are preparing to delegate the signature also from the signatory's side and automatically send emails about the change.
