Logic of credit counting and document

Modified on Wed, 12 Jun at 9:31 AM

There are two metrics in Signi that count processing volume - documents and credits.

Their relationship is loose, it depends on what happens to the documents, what state they are in and what other operations you use in Signi, e.g. remote identification.

Rules:

  • Credits are consumed (+) when a document is created and is in the In Progress / Draft state or another SIgni service is used e.g. remote identification.

  • Credits are returned (-) when documents are deleted. In other words, it is possible to recover credits when documents in the status Pending, Expired, Rejected or Deleted.

  • t is not possible to delete a closed document with signatures, time stamped seals sent out to signatories i.e. in the Closed state.

  • Multiple credits can be deducted at the same time during one operation, e.g.

  • T1 = document is in the state Draft, Sending for signature / Pending, Expired, Rejected

  • T-1 = Document is in Deleted status, credit has been returned

  • T5 = Signi identification at AML level has taken place

  • Documents are placed in a time period according to when they were created i.e. document was created in September and Closed in October and is still being reported in September

  • Credits are classified in the time period according to when they were spent or returned.
