• Upgrading a new version of a connector is done in the same way as installation, changing the connector version in the background.

• In case of problems, the CLASSIC "get out, get in" i.e. remove the Solution with the connector and add it again can help.

1. New End Point Download the Get Revision List document 

Every document signed in Signi can be downloaded with its Revision Sheet with the audit trail of the document. You just need to know the Constract ID of the document.

2. Added a new method of document approval - SMS only 

In addition to

• biometric signature - the user draws their signature which is visible in the document and

• document approval - the user clicks that they agree to e.g. terms and conditions, nowhere in the document is their signature

new Signi can also express

• consent only by copying the PIN from the sent SMS - the phone number used is recorded in the audit trail.

Simply select the consent type "stamp" when submitting the document or data for the sample.

3. Support for language mutations in signature communication. 

When submitting a document or data for a pattern, you can now select the language of communication during signing - in which language notification emails and sms will not be sent, in which language pages will be displayed during signing.

Simply select the two-letter language abbreviation when submitting the document or data for the template.

Note: Please note: If you are using the Advanced Branding feature where you have your notification email wording, you need to have email templates ready for your languages. You can verify by sending the document directly from Signi, selecting the language in the signature script.

New action added: Sign Contract From Provided File and Wait (V2)

The feature allows:

• Dynamic number of signatories or approvers - Any number of signatories or approvers can be specified, among both the proponent's and counterparty's representatives.

• Dynamic signature placement capability - With the value of Automatic signature placement: append_to_the_end, there is no need to specify coordinates or size of individual signatures. all signatures are placed on a separate signature sheet added at the end of the document. The second option is Automatic signature placement: error , where if the signature coordinates are not specified, the error is raised and the document is not passed for signing.
