Note: the employment contract, pay slip, termination notice, credit slip, etc. are still regulated by the Labour Code , but they can be signed electronically on one device at the workplace, then they do not need to be delivered.
* The area of electronic signing is regulated by the EU eIDAS Directive, which significantly simplifies the conclusion of common commercial agreements outside the public administration.
How does it work
The system prepares the documents to be signed - uploading documents to be signed and/or entering supporting data.
The documents are sent to all signatories for digital signature.
The signed documents or data on the status and result of the signing are received back and the next steps can be automatically started "in reverse".
