Check the validity of the web address you are using to login: the correct one is https://app.signi.com/login
Check that the email you are using is correct: check for typos, extra spaces or if you used a different email when registering.
Check the correctness of the password: when entering the password, you can click on the icon at the end of the line to display the password; you can then check if the numeric keypad is off = NumLock, if the capital letters are on or off = CapsLock, or if there is an extra space.
If none of the above solutions work, we recommend that you simply set a new password.
On the main page, under the login button, click on the Forgot password? link, enter your email (the one you used to register) and click on Reset password.
You will immediately receive an email with a link to reset your password.
