Completing signature scenarios, especially the more complex ones, requires "a lot of clicks".
One way to make your job easier is to save and reuse a frequently used signing script.
Save a frequently used signing scenario
After filling in the signing scenario at the bottom of the signature scenario design page:
Check Save signature scenario settings for next time,
fill in the Signature Scenario Name to save,
and confirm by clicking Save and Continue to the document content.
Save the signature script for next time, here with the name "Selling XYZ - Trader #1.
Reusing a frequently used signing scenario
When sending another document with the same scenario, then just draft the signing scenario in the header of the page
click on the down arrow to expand the list of saved signature scenarios and
select the appropriate one,
at which point the saved scenario will open
and all you do is change what needs to be changed, for example, delete the contact for the other party and enter another one.
