When you invite your colleagues to Signi, you may find it useful to refer to the internal Signi manual.
This can describe not only the general use of Signi, but also your internal rules for individual signing processes:
- how to set up access to Signi for a new team member and, conversely, what happens after they leave,
- where the signing documents are taken from - documents, contact details of all signatories,
- who, when, where and how the signed documents are processed, including what the signing script looks like,
- where the signed documents are stored,
- and other useful information.
A possible basis for an internal e-signature manual for your company "knowledge base" can be found here (CZ). It can be downloaded via File > Download > Microsoft Word (.docx).
